Exam Structure & Minimum Scores
The International UAS Exam includes general academic sections along with additional sections depending on the field you apply for. Students must meet the required minimum score in all applicable sections.
Reasoning Skills
Tests logical reasoning, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical ability.
English Language
Assesses reading comprehension, vocabulary, language understanding, and linguistic reasoning.
Mathematical Skills
Covers arithmetic, percentages, algebra, geometry, graphs, and basic mathematical problem-solving.
Advanced Mathematics
Covers more advanced mathematics including algebra, trigonometry, and introductory calculus concepts.
Ethical Skills
Assesses ethical reasoning, principles, judgement, and scenario-based decision-making.

Important: Some exam sections may include penalty scoring for incorrect answers. Effective time management and knowing when to answer or skip a question can therefore play an important role in your overall performance.
Eligibility
Students generally need to:
- Apply to one or more participating programmes during the relevant joint application period through Studyinfo.fi.
- Meet English language requirements by the required deadline through an accepted qualification such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE Academic, or eligible previous studies completed in English.
